Trail Runner Magazine: Smitten Over The Shevlin and Milo

Trail Runner Magazine: PEP Merino Review

If you can’t tell by now, we’ve got a deep love of trail. You might even say we’re smitten.

So when we found out that Trail Runner Magazine was interested in covering PEP, we admittedly blushed a little. We sent them versions of both the Shevlin and the Milo earlier this fall, and there’s no doubt that they put it through the wringer. Trail Runner is headquartered in Carbondale, CO which is just outside Aspen. They have unbelievable access to the steep and gnarly, so it was a perfect place to test our gear.

And as it turns out, the amazingly accomplished Yitka Winn (and author of the review) wore the Milo as she crushed the Bear 100 Mile Endurance Run. She had awesome things to say about our gear, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. She even called us remarkably durable, which is certainly the case for our gear, although may not be the case for our participation in 100 mile Ultras!

This is the first time our gear has been featured in print, so pick up a copy of the November issue of Trail Runner Magazine, or hit the review here: PEP Shevlin (Men’s) and Milo (Women’s) Merino Wool Shirt.

I love the Milo running shirt and have been trying to replace my old one for ages! When will there be more Milo shirts available?
